About these terms

These terms apply to your use of https://pro247locksmith.com and to any locksmith services provided by Cape Town Pro Locksmith. By requesting a call-out, you accept these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are given based on the information you provide over the phone or WhatsApp. Final pricing may vary if the job on-site differs from what was described. Where this happens, the technician will always confirm a revised quote with you before starting or continuing the work.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, EFT and cash. Commercial clients may arrange invoiced terms in advance.

Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If a lock we installed fails due to a workmanship issue within 30 days of installation, we will return and fix it at no additional labour cost. Hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Proof of ownership

For lockouts and lock changes, we may ask for proof that you are entitled to enter the property or vehicle (e.g. ID matching an address, vehicle registration). This protects everyone.

Liability

We take reasonable care in every job. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, locks or vehicles.
